2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts concluded via the website www.mindsetonleadership.combetween vision+mission marketing gmbh (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and its customers. The offer is intended for both consumers and business clients.

3. Services

The Provider offers digital streaming seminars. After purchase, seminars are accessible via the integrated Learning Management System (LMS) on the platform. No physical products are delivered. Access is granted via a password-protected personal user account.

4. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By completing the payment process, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded once the Provider confirms the order by email.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Euros and include statutory VAT, unless otherwise stated. Payment is made via the payment options indicated on the website. Access to the course will only be granted after full payment has been received.

6. Rights of Use

All seminar content is protected by copyright. Customers receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive right of use for personal purposes only. Downloading, copying, redistributing, or publicly displaying the content – unless explicitly permitted – is strictly prohibited.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

Consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days. However, this right expires as soon as digital content has been made available and the consumer has expressly consented to the immediate start of performance (§ 18 FAGG).

8. Liability

The Provider does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the platform or its content. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except in the case of personal injury. The seminar content is not intended to serve as therapy, counseling, or professional psychological treatment.

9. Data Protection

Details on the handling of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy. The Provider processes all personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

10. Changes to the Terms

The Provider reserves the right to change these T&C at any time. The current version is always available on the website. Changes do not apply retroactively.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Vienna, unless a mandatory consumer jurisdiction applies.
